Executive Leadership

Michael Messier
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining AutoGen, Michael worked in Finance and Consulting with privately held and start-up enterprises. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and serves on several non-profit boards. Michael and his wife have one daughter and a relatively well-behaved Australian Labradoodle, Rossi. When he isn’t skiing or hacking around the links, he is on the race course waiting for his daughter to leave the start gate.

Rob Osborn
Senior Vice President
Rob is all about helping customers determine the best ways to automate workflows, reduce overall costs, and increase productivity. Having started his career working with Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, he fully and deeply understands the criticality of effective drug discovery, drug delivery, and sterile production. Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit and whatever it takes attitude to get the job done is pivotal in making sure the AutoGen team provides the best outcome for each and every customer.
Rob holds a B.S. from Quinnipiac University in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with an additional focus in Marketing. He hails from Maryland, where he and his wife are raising a daughter born in December 2016 and twins (boy and girl) born in July of 2017. When he isn’t running after his children, Rob enjoys running outdoors, woodworking, and spending time with the family.
