XTRACT 16+® Genomic DNA FFPE One-Step Kit

Our XTRACT 16+ Genomic DNA FFPE One-Step Kit is optimized to isolate DNA (genomic, mitochondrial, and viral DNA) from Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded tissues using our XTRACT 16+ workflow. Our program, which features one-step heating, automatically melts paraffin and lyses cells at the same time. Additionally, harmful reagents (e.g. xylene) are not involved in the deparaffinization process. There are two protocols outlined for different tissue sizes: 1) 2-hour set-up for smaller tissues and 2) 16-hour set-up for larger tissues.
